Hello! I’m Nicholas Merlone – lawyer, journalist, writer, and cultural exchanger. We are celebrating World Constitution Day and, to mark the occasion, I bring you some exclusive Reflections on the Right to Religion. I bring some reflections by Flavio Martins in his book "Law and Religion" and also by Janaina Paschoal in her work "Religion and Criminal Law" and some decisions of the Brazilian Supreme Court.
